Experienced Administrator wanted (minimum 5 years relevant experience in a corporate setting)The ADMINISTRATOR is responsible for ensuring compliance with office procedures, resolving issues, facilitating communication between employees and making sure that employees understand the company’s expectations and vision.
Performs a variety of administrative duties as required.
Reports to OPERATIONS MANAGER
Evaluates, develops and recommends office procedures and practices to management.
Ensures that all business procedures used to complete operational responsibilities are followed by his or her direct reports.
Ensures that approved office policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by staff.
Handles staff issues
Organises meetings
Procures stationery, and office equipment
Deals with local suppliers
Maintains an efficient filing, storage and document security system
Monitors cleaners, security staff, drivers etc Ensures that all company properties are safe and secure
Gives Prompt attention to maintenance issues in the Head Office
Maintenance of offices and facilities
Handles contracts and agreements with local suppliers, service providers, leasing agents, landlords etc
Generates schedules and timetables for drivers, Hygiene assistants, security guards and Asset superintendent
Monitors General Office management and procedures
General House-keeping
Excellent computer skills
Excellent keyboard skills
Excellent language skills (Perfect English)
