Development Manager / Wireless Site Acquisition

This is an exciting role with a market leader in their field and will see you reporting into the regional management team and operational staff as well as new site build teams. You will also have responsibility for providing strategic input as well as well as oversight to the site modification deployment process. This will include interface with designated turnkey vendors and suppliers.
Responsibilities:

• Be part of team that contributes to the achievement of  strategic, timeline and financial objectives in the planned overlay deployment of LTE equipment.
• Assist and monitor the vendor in implementation and successful completion of existing site survey and file audit activities.
• Determine existing leasing and entitlement rights/obligations and site-specific equipment configurations and infrastructure (electric/telco)
• Communicate position on lease/permit language interpretation to promote correct and consistent existing site lease/permit analysis by vendor.
• Perform (or assist) in survey/audit validation (QA) activities, and report findings
• Interface between vendor and RF to assist in RFs timely completion of site-specific LTE equipment design configurations that are achievable within deployment guidelines

Required skills and experience:

• 5 years wireless telecom development project management experience,.
• Wireless site leasing, zoning, construction and site modification experience.
• Experience of delivering on major complete projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and interface with large multi-functional project teams.
• Project management as well as experience in process engineering.
• Ability to forecast, manage and deliver financially successful projects.
• Engineering background in the area of Telecommunications with Wireless Telecommunications considered a valuable asset.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college/university or equivalent work experience require
