Based in Nigeria the Trade Representative reports directly to the Area Manager and is responsible for:
1. Developing the visibility of our portfolio in order to develop the business and brands in the designated geographical scope
2. Defining, identifying and selecting potential clients likely to prospect and grow the business
3. Visiting clients with clear business objectives
4. Ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of sale and be responsible for cash customer collections
5. Organizing regular meeting with clients to follow up on trade marketing activities and to implement any necessary correctives actions
6. Informing, training and incentivizing clients to develop prescription of our brands
7. Ensuring that the 5Ps are always implemented (product, price, place, promotion, prescription) and analyzing the results to implement any necessary corrective actions to reach objectives
8. Managing appropriately free bottles and ensuring Brands BTL A&P budgets are properly used in selected accounts to leverage MH portfolio and minimize competition
9. Regularly reporting reliable data on all new accounts and providing analysis of the market (consumers, competition, key actors, source of purchase, price strategy and margins….) to identify and follow opportunities for growth
10. Ensuring relevant reporting and weekly updates of clients data base system
11. Managing individual T&E budget in the most professional manner and operating at all time with high level of integrity
