National Food Security Specialist
The FEWS NET Office in Nigeria is located in the national capital, Abuja. The Food Security Specialist (FSS) is a member of the Nigeria national technical team and works under the technical direction of theNational Technical Manager (NTM) to provide quality control of project deliverables from the national office and will help ensure that activities and products for FEWS NET Nigeria are delivered in a timely manner.

Nutrition Officer
The Nutrition Officer will work under the supervision of the Nigeria National Technical Manager (NTM) in close collaboration with Action Against Hunger-Nigeria and FEWS NET Nigeria’s country team, as well as with national and regional partners to monitor nutrition in Nigeria and contribute timely early warning analysis. S/He will sit in Action Against Hunger’s office in Nigeria. Markets and Trade Specialist
The Regional Food Security Specialist-Markets and Trade (RFSS/MT) will work with the Regional Technical Manager (RTM), the country teams in the region, M&T team from Home Office (HO) and partners including but not exclusively OIMA, CAC, USDA, WFP, FAO, and national Market Information Systems to provide technical leadership to design, execute, and coordinate regional activities related to Markets and Trade in LAC. These will include preparing country-level and regional market studies, providing technical assistance and guidance to country teams, strengthening capacity to conduct relevant market analysis both inside and outside FEWS NET, and contributing to project-level data management and quality control specially focused on data warehouse (FDW).
