Competency Requirement:
- Graduation from an accredited college/University with BSc/HND degree with a minimum 5 years’ experience in Microfinance Institution
- Excellent understanding of marketing environment and business opportunity
- Ability to be creative, detail oriented and efficient with the ability to quickly analyze information
- Ability to identify market/business opportunity and make recommendation
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multi task and manage deadlines
- Superior Computer appreciation skills
