LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA TECHNICAL ADVISORS, YOBE STATE

Purpose

Strengthen capacity of the Local Government Area focal person for nutrition in management, delivery, and advocacy of cost-effective malnutrition prevention and treatment interventions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in program management, health and nutrition, or a related social science;
3+ years experience in program management;
strong planning and analytical skills;
able to manage resources and work plans effectively, to work with and build the capacity of partners and other stakeholders;
strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hausa; flexibility and adaptability to job demands;
commitment to humanitarian values as above.
